1. About These Terms

These terms apply to your use of revolucionservices.com. They do not replace the written agreement you sign when you hire us for a service. If these terms and your service agreement are different, your service agreement controls.

2. Our Services

Revolución Services offers credit repair, tax preparation, bookkeeping, LLC formation assistance and notary services from our office in El Paso, Texas. Services, availability and requirements may change without notice. Each service begins only after you sign a written agreement or, for notary services, at the time of your appointment.

3. Website Information Is Not Legal or Financial Advice

The content on this website is general information. It is not legal, tax, investment or financial advice for your specific situation. We are not a law firm and our team does not provide legal advice. Reading this website or contacting us does not create a client relationship until we both sign a service agreement.

4. Credit Repair Disclosures

• You have the right to dispute inaccurate information in your credit report by contacting the credit bureau directly, at no cost to you.
• Neither you nor any credit repair company has the right to have accurate, current and verifiable information removed from your credit report.
• We do not guarantee any specific result, score increase or removal. Results depend on your credit history and on how credit bureaus and creditors respond.
• Before any credit repair work begins, you will receive a written contract that describes the services, the total cost, the estimated time to complete the work and your right to cancel the contract within three business days, as required by the federal Credit Repair Organizations Act and Chapter 393 of the Texas Finance Code.

5. Tax Preparation

You are responsible for providing complete and accurate information and documents. We prepare your return based on what you give us, review it with you, and file it only after you approve and sign it. We cannot guarantee a specific refund amount or the time the IRS or the state takes to process a return.

6. LLC Formation and Business Services

We help prepare and submit formation documents to the Texas Secretary of State and related agencies. State filing fees are set by the state and are separate from our service fees. Approval of a business name or filing is decided by the government agency, not by us. For legal questions about your business structure or agreements, consult a licensed attorney.

7. Notary Services

Our notaries verify identity, administer oaths and witness signatures. A Texas notary public is not an attorney and is not the same as a “notario público” in Mexico or other Latin American countries.

8. Fees

Our fees depend on your situation and the service you choose. Fees, payment terms and cancellation rights are explained in your written service agreement before any paid work begins.

9. Calls, Texts and WhatsApp

By submitting a form with the consent box checked, you agree that we may contact you by phone, text message or email about your request, including by automated means. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. 10. Using Our Website

You agree not to misuse this website, including by submitting false information, sending spam, attempting to access areas you are not authorized to access, or interfering with the website’s operation.

11. Intellectual Property

The text, logos, photos and design of this website belong to Revolución Services or are used with permission. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.

12. Links to Other Websites

Our website links to services such as Google Maps, Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content or practices.

13. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
